Sure they do. Some dogs howl and wail. Ever see that Funniest Videos clip where the old lady sings in a really high pitched voice and her dog howls and screams along with her?

I have a cat. He likes jazz music.

I saw a video of a cat who sang the blues. In between every guitar riff, he meowed right on cue.
