A Pagan is a person who believes that Divinity is "immanent" (right here in the world where we live) rather than "transcendent" (apart from the world or only affecting certain parts of it). To a Pagan, a dog or a lake is just as holy as an ancient site of worship. Most Pagans view the Divine nature of the universe as embodied by the Goddess and the God, who may have innumerable names and "aspects" or individual personalities, and who are alive in every bit of the world and in everyone who lives here. Pagans often say to one another, "Thou art Goddess" or "Thou art God," acknowledging the divinity within each other, the respect it deserves, and the responsibility that it entails.

A Pagan practices a more earth-based religion that utilizes the freedoms of beliefs based on personal experiences, rather than a "one path only" type of belief system
Many traditions originated with the Pagans, including the Christmas tree (yule log), and many other symbols and traditions now used by Christians.
Paganism is polytheistic and is not related to cults or satan worship, which is sometimes confused with Paganism.

The overall code of Pagans is "Harm Ye None".

Paganism (from Latin paganus, meaning "a country dweller" or "civilian") is a term which, from a western perspective, has come to connote a broad set of spiritual or religious beliefs and practices of natural or polytheistic religions, as opposed to the Abrahamic monotheistic religions. Paganism accounts for 50 percent of the worlds religions.[1] "Pagan" is the usual translation of the Islamic term mushrik, which refers to 'one who worships something other than The God of Abraham'. Ethnologists do not use the term for these beliefs, which are not necessarily compatible with each other: more useful categories are shamanism, polytheism or animism. Often, from the perspective of an Abrahamic religion, the term has pejorative connotations, comparable to heathen, infidel and kafir (كافر) in Islam. In modern times the words "pagan" or "paganism" have become widely and openly used by practioners of non-Abrahamic religions to describe their spiritual path.

Pagan
Traditional designation of a practitioner of classical polytheisms. The early Christians often used the term to refer to non-Christians who worshiped multiple deities. Christian missionaries frequently sought to stamp out pagan practices by building churches on the sites of pagan shrines or by associating Christian holidays with pagan rituals (e.g., linking Christmas with the celebration of the winter solstice). The term pagan was also used to refer to non-Christian philosophers, and in the 20th century it was used to identify members of certain new religious movements.

According to the fundamentalist Christian church everyone who does not believe in one God, the saviour.

But if you would like to come across a concept that explains God and the Universe entirely logically, read "Rational Spirituality" on the Dhaxem website. It is the thinking person's gospel that will sooner than you believe, replace the religions built on faith, and whilst containing statement contradicting common sense. That is why the religions fight between one-another.

A Pagan is someone who wants to be a new ager but doesn't want to commit to any group or doesn't like labels like Witch, Satanist, Shaman, etc etc, The sort of fellow who embraces the label Pagan is one who likes to make up their beliefs as they go. They also like old things, like old books. The older the better. The Older the more valid the books are. This is today's Pagan. The original term for Pagan was country dweller much like an European Red Neck.

May GOD richly bless you.
