dump him if you dont want to deal with it...if he did it once, he'll do it again (as you have come to learn since he has done it 3 times already) you cant make someone change who doesnt want to change.
also, get yourself tested, you dont know these girls he's messing with,
it is ultimately your choice, is this the type of relationship you want to be in? the type of man you see yourself with?

Your best bet is to put an end to that relationship. Most times the cliche once a cheater always a cheater is very true. My kids father cheated on me through out our relationship and had gotten so comfortable with it that he would bring the girls around by his mothers house with me living just across the street. I know that u may love him, but he has already shown u that he does not love u. You will also move on th bigger and better things without him. It may hurt some, u will be better of. TRUST..........................

You should do whats best for you but its not like a one time thing with him he might have cheated on you more, you need to put your foot down and say enough is enough.. he will keep cheating imo if you just sit there and dont do anything about it.

Do you really need YA to answer that? If you two have the agreement that you are exclusive and he cheats even once - you need to be gone. No excuses, no second chance. He has no respect for you, nor does he love you to cause you that kind of pain - not to mention if the two of you are intimate - he is risking your life!

Well he obviously doesnt care for you.. because if he did care for you, he wouldnt have cheated on you in the first place... even if he said it was a mistake or anything like that... the first time is enough... leave him.. and move on and find someone that really cares for you

Well my ex was with me for 4 years and cheated on me more times than I can count on my fingers. He just married the last one he cheated with. Move on sweetheart, leopards don't change their spots and you definitely deserve better.

DUMP HIS A$$. I was with a guy for a year (who I lost my virginity to) who cheated on me 5 times that I know of! Once a cheater, always a cheater. I kept telling myself he really was sorry and that he wouldn't do it again. It's not worth it trust me.
