I guess if liberals don't like the idea, then they must be for big business and cheap labor.

I believe we should build a wall and patrol it. Violent crime has increased dramatically in AZ and now they find us the worst education in the country a lot of it is due to the large numbers of our population who do not have English as first language. California and Nevada which also have high immigrant populations are also in the worst 5.
So yes, I definitely think we are long overdue some major enforcement.
But I am not a liberal.

we need a wall with a barbed wire fence on both sides! if they want to come to america sooooooo badly and stuff why can't they just fill out forms and get citizenship. There is more effort into trying to sneak over the border without getting caught or shot then filling out some god damn paperwork!!!!!!!!

If nothing is done and the invasion continues at its current rate and nothing inhibits the reproductive propensities of the ones already here, by 2025 we will have 100 million mexicans in the USA and the dems want to give all these people the vote.....I'm a little concerned about this myself.

Yes, BUT it's too late to shut the gate, once the horse is out of the barn.
The sad fact is the enemy is in the camp.
What we need to do is get out all the illegal Mexicans who are drifting around over here.
We need to pass laws to deny the anchor babies... they need to be deported along with the parent(s). The anchor babies are born of illegal parentage and should be viewed as bastards, not Americans. This would solve a lot of the problem!

If there's money in it for them. They've already ripped billions from Katrina and have no plans to build a levee. Between donations, red-cross, insurance, etc, etc taking care of what's been done so far no one still knows where the 2 billion went. Man am I ever sick of these thieves.

sure, somthing needs to be done to slow the flow into the country ... what im not understanding though, is how when the superhighway is built from mexico to canada that a wall is going to be effective ... anyway it doesnt matter much ... soon everyone in this country will be forced to have a national id card and im sure after its fully implemented a person wont be able to buy, sell, travel, go through roadblocks and toll booths or get a job without it... i think it will get pretty ugly .. but my whole thing im worried about isnt the mexican picking tomatoes out on the farm over near my house ... im worried about the strict system of control and our rights being stripped away and none of the ignorant racists worried about illegals even give those things a glancing thought ... God bless America ... we dam sure need it ...

They need to round up all the illegals over here and send them to the border. Pay them minimum wage to build this wall or fence then put them back in their own country. Then after that is done we will form a new branch of the military dedicated to homeland security. The national guard is supposed to be that but they have become the backbone of the military now. This group would be the ones who patroled the border and assisted with natural disasters. They would need to be trained simular to the national guard but with a focus on homeland security. They would be basicly law enforcement. Also we need to look into severly punishing buisnesses that have illegal's employed there. A lot of buisnesses are basicly offering sanctuary to these illegals so they can keep getting cheap labor. The new branch of military could help enforce these laws by carying out raids on such buisnesses. I say if an employer is caught with illegals working for them they lose their citizenship and are offered a one way ticket to any nation that will accept them. Their buisness is then turned over to the highest ranking employ who did not take part in the crime. Family members could not be given the buisness or any of their assets. They would keep their citizenship but have to start over on their on without their family member who was the owner. The owner would also lose all assets from anything they own and it would be deposited into the national reserve. I think these buisness men would think twice about hiring illegals then. Anyone caught over here after the fence is built should be sentanced to hard labor without pay for 4 years. They will get medical insurance for those 4 years and food and water. They will not get paid any money for their work unless they have children then that money will be sent to those children in their country of origin. They would be paid 1/2 of minum wage for an 8 hour day. Any thing over 8 hours is free labor. They would work 7 days a week and be alowed to go to church on sundays or saturdays all depending on their choise. They would do the jobs that they do now like picking crops and working in plants. There could even be government set up plants to make socks, shirts, pants, or other items that we as a nation could sell for cheap prices to these other nations needing clothing and such. They would after their 4 years be sent back to their home country with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Also they would lose all rights to try for citizen ship after being caught over here illegaly. A second time offender would get 8 years with no pay to his family back home and would be forced to do even tougher labor and after being released would no be released back to his country but would be too a medical facility to have a tracking device implanted in him some where so that we could track him via satalite to see if he tried to come back in. A third time offence would be permanent hard labor for the rest of his life with no contact with the out side world. I know this sounds harsh but if we do not become harsh on our laws then they will continue being broke. They have no rights to be in this country because they are criminals for comming here illegaly. We need to look into illegals coming in from the canadian border too. Any one who wants to come to this country must come here legaly or they are criminals.

Nope we should invade Mexico. Do some ethnic cleansing and move white people into Mexico. Won't be long until third worlders are trying to get into Mexico.
