When I was doing a presentation on the IPO trend in India I was greatly helped by the following site.
IBEF – India Brand Equity Foundation – www.ibef.org
They also have a report of E&Y about India's growth record for the last year 05-06.
The best part is that they have a sector wise /industry-wise description, you can search the entire site with keywords of your choice.
