If you are talking about a computer cad design program, you can check the software dept at any Best Buy or similar store. I, personally have used one called 3D Home Architect. It works well for the layman. They will probably have a few different programs to choose from. Some are very limited in their applications. Others will give the opportunity to actually create your existing floor plan. Some are for help with interior design and layout. They can start at around $50 and go up from there. I use one called Chief Architect and is one of the easiest cad programs I've ever tried. I've used it for about 10 years now. Of course the cost is up in the thousands. Some of the supply chains (Home Depot, Lowes, etc) will help with interior design, they have these programs at their stores. They may charge a fee, but should deduct that fee if you purchase your supplies from them. Good luck and Happy Remodeling!

As a hobbyist, freelancer, or small to medium sized studio you can use Fluid Designer and Blender as a low-cost alternative to 3ds Max ($125/month) and After Effects ($20/month).
