Why are you such a chicken? If the Soul is not hurting anyone, it may be a loved one desperate to get in touch and perhaps to convey a message.
It is the religious dogma that makes you to be scared of the same Soul that you may have loved in the body, when it is out of it. There is no difference, just a different "coat".
If a Soul is persistent, it knows why it is doing it.
Instead of panicing, ask the Soul nicely to show you what it wants. When it achieves its aim, it will depart peacefully.
It is the most stupid thing inthe world to "exorcise" a peaceful spirit. It may have an important message for you, and with your benefit in mind!
A Soul does not hover anywhere on Earth without a good reason. That is the law.

Depends on what culture you are from. The Native Americans have a cleansing ceremony, as do the Japanese, Koreans, and others. Many Christian sects have a priest bless the home and some people have a psychic come in and find out why the spirit hasn't departed.

They generally aren't 'haunting', what they are doing is asking for help in any way that they know how. Most of them have no idea that they are dead and in limbo. They are confused and very lost. The best way to help them is to not make it a big deal, approach with as much aesthetic and gentle ways. Trust me, they are far more afraid of you and their situation than anything else. They need to be comforted.

e-mail me some details, if they are not hurting anything they are probally simply lost.
however they may be clinging to the home as the last thing that they inew and the only thing that gives them comfort.
it is very hard to give information like this without knowing all of the facts. simply because the wrong ceramony or method could be a great injustice to them. remember (most likely) thay were people once too.
