makeing out is when you're not just kissing but you're also using your hands and tongue and lips etc to roam around their body and explore and touch them etc while you two still have your closes on basically. to do that while naked is foreplay.

Be smart and enjoy the kissing for the next few years. The next step can lead to stupidity and then you're in trouble. Personally, I think kissing is one of the best things two people can do. Perfect that now, worry about the rest LATER.

You are right about #4. But always do what feels right for both of you. There's nothing that says you have to hurry to the next step. If she's not with you on this, maybe it isn't the right time to make the next step. Talk with her, and ask her, after all, it's up to you two - not anybody else. The next step is to stop kissing before you both get into a heap of trouble you may never recover from. You are on a slippery slope fraught with danger. You may also get in trouble with the law. Wait a few more years and learn more about sexuality before going any further. Believe me, you'll both be glad you did.

The next step is to learn more about her personality, and do fun things together to see how much you really have in common other than necking.

1.yes, makin out n french kissing are different. french kissing is with your tongue, makin out doesnt have to be.
2.next would be feeling eachothers bodies. runing your hands over her clothes and such.
3.id say just put ur hand on her stomach and move up to her boobs. if she rejects it then wait.
