There has to be the right balance of self-care.
Care for the physical body (not overweight), and care for the mind (educated and sensitive to women's needs).
If you've got both - great. But a great body alone may as well be a mannequin.

Muscular and cut is good. Not the bulky, bulging vein muscular though. That's just wrong.

I like my men to look like humans, not those freakishly muscular dudes- eew, that is so nasty. I prefer an ordinary man, not skinny, not fat, but a strong man who can toss me around in the bedroom!

I like a guy who is fit. I like a little bit of soft padding over a fit body. Something to cuddle, not a hard rock to put my head on.

My wife thinks I'm a stallion and at 54 I still turn the ladies heads.
I don't know if they are laughing or admiring, but regardless I'm turning heads and not stomachs.

No, I don't prefer that look. I prefer a guy with a decent figure, no gut hanging out and preferably tall.

Nope. I like them tall with some weight on them, makes me feel safe when I snuggle with them.

not really..dated a body builder before but wasn't all that impressed...i guess i go for the connection...i've dated a guy that was a little overweight because he made me laugh and i loved him for it.
