They are saved the same way we are Gods Grace .
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Joh 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

The Lord, the One God, is the All-Alone Lord, as it is written in Torah (the Law of Moses). The Lord should be positively trusted, in respect of every problem. One should beseech, only before the Lord for his salvation as the Day of Resurrection is the Lord’s Day alone. The horror of that very Day, is so overwhelming that everyone will be extremely worried for his own salvation alone.
It is written in the Revelation: Al-Quran.
“Lo! Those who believe (in that which is revealed unto you, O’ Mohammad) and those who are Jews and Christians and the Sabaeans (Armenians or Indians etc) ___ whosoever believes in Allah (the One and Alone Lord) and the Day of Judgement and does right___ surely their reward is with their Lord and there shall no fear come upon them, neither shall they grieve.”
(Al-Quran 2:62)
Beware please! Salvation is meant for these people alone:
1. Who worship the Lord alone, positively, believing that nothing is like the Lord and the Lord is the
UNSEEN.
2. Who do not call the men, the jinn, the gods/goddesses, the demigods, the idols or anything else beside the Lord. Nor they praise or honour any of them.
3. Who desist from the bad deeds and persist on the good deeds in terms of the Commandments of the Lord.
4. Who do believe in the Day of Judgement/ Hereafter and the eternal reward/retribution, according to the nature of deeds.
Whosoever acts upon this four-dimensional theory or the Monotheistic manifesto, in the light of the Scriptures___ he is, pre-eminently, free from every danger of the Day of the Judgement.

A man dies and goes to Heaven. He meets St. Peter who lets him in. Just as Peter is showing him around, a Hindu monk passes them. The man says to Peter, "How did he get in here?" Peter turns to him and says, "Everybody gets in. How do you think I got in, since I'm a Jew?" The man shrugs, accepts the answer, and keeps walking with Peter.
A little while later, they come to a wall about eight feet high. Behind the wall, they can hear piano music tinkling, muted conversation and champagne glasses clinking. "So, Peter, who's in there," The man asks. St. Peter shushes him and says, "Shhh. Not so loud. Those are the Catholics. They'd like to think they're the only ones here."
How do Jews get into Heaven? Through the front door just like everybody else.

Hello a follower of Christ,
Which Christ are you a follower of, the real Jesus Christ or the Anti-Christ? One does not get the idea of who by your question.
You say, How do Jews get to Heaven?
We all get to Heaven when we pass from this flesh life to our spiritual life.
Its a matter of what side of the Gulf you end up on. The side where Abraham is or the side where He's not.
By you saying and using the term Jew, we who have knowledge of the Word of God start to wonder where you are coming from.
If you means the people of the tribe of Judah or you meaning the Kenites that say they are of the tribe of Judah but are of the offspring of Cain who is the son of the Serpent or Satan.
Well, what is it?><>

The Jews were given a choice- When they die they can go to heaven or eternal fire and damnation. So they asked, (all of them) "Is there going to be Christians in Heaven?" The answer was "Yes, there will be Christians in Heaven." The Jews said "Then send us to hell."
Peace.

Anyone whom God saves is saved only through the grace of salvation that Jesus obtained for us on the cross.
This doesn't mean that Jews (or others) can't be saved, nor does it guarantee that they will be saved.
One thing's for certain ... the law never saved anyone. Not then. Not now.

"who pays for sin"?
This doesn't make sense to jews. We don't believe that anyone has to "pay" for our sins. We believe in repentance and we believe that G-d is merciful. (and we don't believe that anyone burns in hell forever. how awful!)
Strive for goodness as best you can, and seek forgiveness from G-d and man. (- Me)
