This is a stupid gimmick and you should not be dieting. What happens after 7 days? Are you going to stick to just eating soup or are you going to go back to actual food? Because unless you plan on sticking with this the diet for life, the weight will just come back. Actually you'll probably gain back the original weight lost and then some. You are starving your body. This will cause your metabolism to slow.

There is no need to diet. Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Eat three small meals a day and two snacks. Eat at regular times. Because I'm home with my kids we eat on a schedule. Breakfast at 7, snack at 10, lunch at noon, snack at 3 and then dinner usually around 6 or so. I've trained my body to be hungry at these times. I know it must be 10am because my stomach will rumble. This also helps regulate weight.

I eat all kinds of things. I just don't over do it. If you want a cookie (preferably not something processed or full of hydrogenated oils) then have a cookie. Just don't sit down and eat 10 of them. When you eat a meal just eat until you feel satisfied. Then quit. Drink lots of water.

There is no reason to diet. As soon as I figured that out and started just being more aware of what I was eating and how I totally lost weight. It melted away. I was still eating pizza, homemade cheesecake, etc and still losing weight.

Stop the dieting.

I had a friend try something similar. She could eat as much soup as she wanted, but still had to eat real food. Mostly proteins & vegies. Couldn't have fruit for the first four days, then gradually added it back in.

It did work, but I don't think she'll eat soup ever again!

yes, 've tried it and it works. 3 kg in 7days then you have a break for 2 weeks and have it again for 7 days. overall lost 5 kg in a month and never put then on ever since! don;t overreact! best of luck,
