Anheuser Busch, already has a top selling low carb beer in Michelob Ultra (around 2 grams) but I guess there are Bud loyalists that don't realize that Michelob is produced by the same company. So they come out with Bud Select. Light beer, low in carbs and in my opinion pretty good for light beer.
They couldn't get off easy like the Miller Brewing Company which sells Miller Lite. Miller didnt need a special low carb beer because Miller Lite was ALREADY low in carbs (around 3 Grams), while Bud Light has over 6 grams and while it has the low calories of a light beer, it has 2x the carbs of most low carb beers.

its supposed to be a beer that has less carbs but still tastes like a budweiser. i think even fewer calories than the bud light.
