It is not at all bad for you, enjoy it. Eggplant, tomatoes, cheese..........all things packed w/ vitamins and stuff your body needs like the calcium from the cheese, and the good fat that olive oil provides. (Olive oil is great for you skin and hair too!) You just never want to eat tons of one thing....a variety is what its all about, all in moderation. But I'm all for living a little and having a big helping of eggplant parmesan and enjoying life!

It's probably just the cheese that is fattening, but then cheese is also a good source of calcium! I looooooove eggplant parmesan...
