+ normally 3 or less of deviation. (We all have a temperature if we are alive) I assume that you mean higher or lower than normal, also everyone has a slightly different normal temp. (measured in the hundredths or thousandths)

Fevers should be brought down by luke baths if exremely high, as well for any high fever always seek qualified medical advice and, check with your doctor unless the doctor has already advised of fever,
Especially if a high fever lasts longer than 24 hours,
A low fever can just be fighting an infection, exhaustion, even hormones. But 2 days would be a signal to seek qualified medical advice
aspirin helps reduce fever but should never be given to children. Bed rest and lots of fluids. Cayenne and mustard oil- a drop- in hot tea with honey is a good tried fever breaker. For grownups

There is no time frame on a fever. It depends on the reason you have a fever. I would say that if your fever continues to rise and never breaks then after about three or four days I would call the doctor or if the fever peaks to 104 degrees.

well that depends on what is causing it. you should see a dr if a fever last more that 2 to 3 days but if you are having other sympoms like vomiting diarrea pain or other that worries you. make sure that you drink plenty of fluids a fever take more out of your body than you might think. and can cause dehydration

Usually only 24 hours. It all depends on how sick you are and what illness you have. Sometimes they can go on longer. If they last more than a few days, I'd seek immediate medical attention!
