Its going to be awkward...you're kidding yourself if you don't think it will be. Its just like the whole friends w/benefits things...it never works out if one person likes the other person more, even if is 49/51! He's going to be hurt and embarrased so as much as you can try to treat him like you did b/4 but take things at his pace. It might take awhile for you guy to just be cool friends again. But your friendship is 4ever changed...but you could still end up w/a good friend!!!

Tell him that it's not cool for him to ask out someone who's already taken. Let him know that you value his friendship so much, but that you're totally in love w/your boyfriend and that even if you ever break up w/your bf, that you're not gonna date him cuz you dont wanna ruin your friendship.

Tell him that you think of him as a friend and brother but not a bf. Also point out that you have a bf now already. He'll be a typical guy and sulk for a bit but chances are it will blow over.

Before Friday get's here... Do not let him have the chance to ask you. Make sure you see him before Friday and in conversation let him and all their know just how much you and your BF care for one another. And that he makes you happy and you just cant bring yourself to even Look at another man. This way he hear what you have said and will totaly rethink asking you anything.

he is dead set on asking you so id say there is no easy way. just tell him the truth. if he is a good friend hed understand. if his pride gets in the way and he cant have it be just friends, avoid him until he realizes why he cares about you and you 2 are friends. like i said if hes a true friend he will come around in the long run and value what time he does get to spend with you.

Your friendship never really existed. He has liked you all along and pretended to be a friend to get close to you. Regardless of how you tell him, the friendship is over.

To be honest your relationship with him will probably never be the same, he's probably being friends with you just to hook up with you, trust me ive done it before haha Just be honest with him and dont say maybe in the future or whatever just tell him the truth if you never see him as more than friends..

well, perhaps if you tell him before hand. before he makes a dork of himself. tell him that you heard from somewhere that he was going to ask you out & that you just wanted to clear things up & let him know that you do see him as a great friend, but not as more... at least not at this point in time. & that you wanted to save him from getting hurt when he asked you if that was the case. be honest & caring...

well I'm kinda in the same situation just tell him he is like a brother to u and it would ruin your friendship if it goes to the next level. It wouldn't be hurting his feelings if your just be honest.
