well, i just got back from the gym, and i made
a pizza: organic pizza sauce with meatless pepperoni and soy cheese on a carb counter bagel w/ a little garlic salt
green, red, and yellow peppers, snap peas, carrots, and radishes w/ fat free ranch
some granny smith apples
and chocolate soy milk....

Turkey meat loaf, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, and some Keebler Chocolate Wafer cookies for dessert. Oh, and a bottle of cranberry juice.

Very nice.
I had four pumpkin bread muffins and a couple of glasses of milk.
A couple of hours later I snacked on a couple small red potatoes, boiled yesterday, chilled in the fridge.

umm a stir fry consisting off carrots cubes of tofu tomatoes lots of bella mushrooms and of course lots and lota of ginger with some crushed pine nuts
