It's a hanging (from ceiling) punching bag (70lb) designed for boxing. But how do i hang the fooawker? i live in a cheap apartment so .. if not done correct, i'm afraid it's gonna collapse hhaha

You can save your self a lot of trouble and money and buy a stand for it. Looking for a stud in the ceiling is not too hard, but if you dont run the chain all the way around the stud, your hardware could be pulled out by the weight of the bag (esp with you hitting it). And there is no gaurantee that the truss wont tear completely out of the ceiling. Good luck.

You really need to find a joist in the ceiling in order for it to hold.
