I found my wedding dress at Saks Off 5th (oultet for Saks 5th Ave). $50 bucks and it fit right off the rack. I got my bridesmaid dresses at Jessica McLintock (sp??) for $99 apiece, even though they had to be special ordered.

Try the Alfed Angelo line (www.alfredangelo.com) or the Forever Yours line. Also, look around. There will be many options you would haven ever though of.
We bought dresses from the Forever Yours line, and even with express shipping the total was only $130. The best part was that the quality was GREAT!
DO NOT BUY OFF OF EBAY! You will NOT know what you're getting into--the quality of the fabric, the true color of the fabric, the fit, etc. You need to get it from a qualified store.

If you stay in the Dallas Tx area then visit Bridal Co. they are located off of I-35 in Denton it is worth the trip. they also have an online store bridalco.com. They have numerous gowns listed under $150 way under check it out
