Slim Fast is an appetite suppressant. Not too many people can actually live off their diet plan of two shakes and one meal. Plus it works like a laxative in some of us. (personal experience here).

Try taking a multi vitamin - that will be better for you and probably curve your cravings just as well since cravings are your body's way of telling you that you are needing something.

A safe diet that you might want to try is the Special K challenge where they suggest you replace one meal with a bowl of cereal - lunch is good. Anyhow, doesn't have to be Special K, Cherrieos, Great Grains, Kix, etc anything that isn't soaked in sugar would work. I lost twenty pounds last summer on this diet plan and it was alot healthier for me than Slim Fast was.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Slim Fast is ok. You drink the shakes and eat sensible meals. The problem is if you or your family is susceptable to gall bladder attacks, you will certainly get them. Personally the only real way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy. The pounds will drop quickly at first and then level off. Don't rush to do some sort of fad diet, it isn't healthy and you can set yourself up for health problems later in life.

It is a very unhealthy way to lose weight and often people who do it have to stay on it forever or gain the weight back. Basically you buy powerded shake mix, have a shake for breakfast, one for lunch and a sensible dinner. You are also supposed to supplement this with exercise. It is hard to follow as you will get hungry.

You have to ascend and descend the 3 floors of ur buildind 6-8times a day in asingle go but remember dont walk do run -- then eat wahtever but only in moderrate quantities but b regular . It will bing u lot of sweat and feel tired. but this is good sign
in a week u will reduce upto 5 kgs of ur weight

Makes me fart a lot.
It's a meal replacement program. You drink 2 shakes and have a "sensible" meal in the evening. But who can live off of 2 shakes?

You drink their shakes (twice daily) and eat one sensible meal. Good Luck. Those shakes only kept me for 1-2 hours. Of course they now added "their" meal bars that you can add to your daily menu. Was not able to maintain this diet because once I ate, the thought of not eating again for 24 hours and only having two shakes to look forward to. Best of luck.
