You may be a little intimidating to men, as other responders have pointed out. You may have to work at being "approachable." Smile, look men in the eye, make a little small talk, even ask a question like, "Excuse me, do you know what time it is?" or something simple like that. Have a warm, friendly manner, use perfume, be interested in what men have to say.

Men are intimidated by strong independent women.. I know this seems tough but take it as a compliment. Someone will eventually get the confidence to approach you... just wait. In the meantime, be confident in yourself and have fun!!!

Your neck is too small, oh wait that isn't your pic. I don't like independent women. Guys like to spoil someone they love, if you are independent, you probably hate getting gifts, or accepting compliments, thinking there is some hidden motive or something. But I don't know you. Maybe you like getting close to someone, and then push them away because you don't want to be hurt again. Take a communication class and you will see how your posture will make people stay away from you or make them come closer.

I seem to have the same problem, and ask people about it all the time. What I am told is that I don't make myself available. I don't understand it, I have been divorced for 2 plus years and only went out with one guy, and that wasn't until May. Then he went back to his ex girlfriend and now, here I am again, wondering if I will be alone forever. If you find the secret, please share.

men are most likely intimidated by you.i had a friend that was drop dead gorgeous (got stares wherever she went) and she didn't get asked out or anything like that by guys.but she was talking to some guy that she met.and he said,"ya know, you're beautful, but if i saw you out somewhere,i would never approach you.",and she went,"why not?",and he said,"cause you're intimidating.you're smart,in shape, and gorgeous.that intimidates men.plus,we hate rejection."
