I used the 30 and it works well. It's cheaper and better to get it from a local doctor than the internet, plus the doctor can monitor your health. It has some side effects.

I lost 85 lbs and then hit a plateau, While on that plateau, i tried it. It did help to drop another 15 pounds, and now I am within my healthy range. It causes heart palpitations, you get dizzy really easy, vlots of energy and cotton mouth. It doesn't work for more than three months and I would not reccommend to try it for longer cause it can damage your heart. Lets see what else, oh it did work though.

I thought this drug : phentermine was already banned years ago, you can still get it?
