I have a set of large sleep-in foam hair rollers, but somehow my hair doesn't turn out the way I want it to. Does anyone have any good tutorial, sites, etc. that demonstrate the process for a full volume and lift?
Thanks

Don't use foam rollers, they cause hair breakage. The foam sucks the moisture out of your hair and causes it to become brittle, and dry. Use magnetic rollers and bobby pin them together to keep them in place and wrap a scarf around them before you go to bed. You need to add a setting lotion to wet hair and let dry naturally and you will have body .

you use setting lotion and roll them extra tight then you wrap your hair in a over sized scarf to keep them all in and go to sleep like that.
