They care what you believe because if you don't believe what they believe, it means they have no measure of control over you. And if they have no control over you, then there's the possibility that you are a threat to them.

It's human nature to sin regardless of religion. It's the radicals that get their own religion so twisted they think bombing clinics and churches and blowing up themselves is really going to prove anything. All it does is give their god a bad name. If you are a true follower of Christ, you would not do those things. In fact you would help the victims of those crimes. At least I would. Sadly people who think they are doing these crimes in the name of religion are the ones being condemned. They also set a steriotype for the rest of us.
I believe if you hold an answer to eternal life then you should share it. I would not keep it a secret and I don't. I do not believe that is forcing anything. One cannot force another to believe. The option is put before them. If they choose to accept that is up to them. I prefer the promise of the blessings of Christ and heaven as opposed to nothing at all. We care because we want to see you in heaven too. We love you as Christ did. Peace be with you.

To quote that great songwriter and philosopher, John Lennon, "Imagine no posession, and no religion too." John realized that religion has been the source of many if not most of the problems that the world is now facing and has faced in the past. Just imagine who different the world would be without religion. I imagine it would be a much more peaceful world, don't you?

Its not religion itself that causes the problems. It is man, and he sometimes will manipulate religion to achieve his own ends. If religion did not exist he would find some other means, such as using an ideological movement such as Communism, Capitalism, Fascism, etc. Its like saying guns are causing alot of the problems, they are just the tools man uses to obtain power over others.

You bet it is causing a lot of problems, just look at world vision, and all the other religious groups out there that is shoving religion down the throats of all the people in the countries they go into. In my opinion they do more damage than good.

This is a problem as old as religion itself. People divide up into "tribes" and then start seeing us vs. them. It's an old story. So believe what you want, because someone will always disagree with you regardless.

Anyone who believes these things has a warped view of life, and usually have been raised to believe that way. I don't know why someone would care what another person believes, it's none of their business.

You partly answered your question...to add, and I must say, It's sad.
Most all of the wars ever fought, It was religion who backed them. Look in the history books and you will see HARDLY any mention of this in school books.
But look deeper what the historians say.
