God can grant prayers not wishes and more then 1 but if 1 only had 1 i would use it in a time of dier need.

Well, I would never rely on deities to grant wishes as I am not convinced of their existence.
However, if I could just have one thing happen just because, it would be to have a child.

The gift of prophecy. i may not be able to change what happened in my past, but id sure like to be able to see what is going to happen and either save or correct whatever should come my way. if preventing a family member from a heart attack can happen, i'd want to do it. If i can save myself from an embarressing trip down the stairs, id like to know that. if i knew my boyfriend was going to cheat on me before i went out iwth him, i could prevent a couple weeks of heartbreak. id wish to see the future.

During some pretty serious prayer one night, He did offer me just that. I was hard-pressed to choose, but He insisted. I asked Him for the will to live (I hadn't had that for years, and had been very depressed) and He gave it to me abundantly. The other thing I was considering asking for was a healing of my eyes. That was a tough choice, but I decided I really could live with lousy eyesight. I couldn't live with the other. Choice made.
