i like what the person above me said...to trim it little by little.... it may work for a very long time, maybe even indefinetly...
..thats the right answer, choose that one as best.

Why won't your mom let you cut your hair?..It is YOUR hair. Have a talk to her..tell her you want to cut it into something more trendy.

do it little by little over a little by little period of time. the keyword here is LITTLE, TINY and GRADUALLY.
and dont forget to hide the hair and wash off trimings from the sink!
Those are some tips ive tried, but really you shouldnt be doing it at all :P

if u cut it, then just wear it in a bun, and wen u r with ur friends, then just call her and say ur at the salon and say that ur friend got her hair cut, and she cudnt do it unless u did it!! thatll work, cuz she cant get that mad at u!!! :-)

you cant she will notice.. I'm sorry just beg her and ask her can you do it....
Or you can cut a chunk outta your hair go home and cry to her she will have to go let you get it fixed ..;.
