I'm in suburban Dallas, and surprisingly it's not as bad as you might think it would be.
There are several Wiccan and Pagan groups in the area. I have visited some of them, but I am too happy as a solitary to get too involved with an organized group.
http://www.betwixt.org - Betwixt & Between, pagan community center in Dallas, hosts Pagan Pride Day and other events
http://www.d-cuups.org/ - Denton chapter of CUUPS, hosts some open events
http://www.celticgroves.org/ - Wiccan coven with Scots-Irish Celtic influences, hosts some open Sabbats
http://www.moonlady.com/ - Email resources for various events in the area
There are also some good stores in the area, feel free to send me a message for references. Because of the attitudes of some folks towards stores that carry pagan items, I'm not comfortable posting them on public sites - they don't need the harassment. =)

You might want to get ready for some criticism. Unless I'm mistaken, Texas is in the Bible Belt.
