I go visit my grandparents. My grandpa lived to 100 and had a way of telling me stories that would make feel better. I figure if he lost everything in his life 3 times and had to start from nothing, then I'll be okay too.

i go to my bedroom, through on a song that relaxes me or deals with the situation that is stressing me out, lie there and just listen to the song. whether i pay attention to the lyics or zone out and listen to the beat it relaxes me and calms me down. just gives you time to step outside your everyday life and almost reflect on things.

Relaxing, soothing music, and a hot bath; vanilla ice cream also helps. Or drink a shot of strong liquor and go to bed.
