I have heard some Poker websites banned players from the US. Which ones did this?
Which ones are still good to play on?
Which sites can I still deposit money to without an overseas bank account?

No. I want to know which ones will still take my money. not where they are located.
And the only thing Neteller is good for is ripping off. An overseas company like that cant do a thing to an American that robs them. Get with the program man.

even though I agree with your politics roguetrader2000, you will still be able to send deposits to any site for years to come. I am allowed to send an echeque to any place i chose. Some sites just got scared and immeadiately backed out of the situation.

I am not sure what you have against NETELLER. I have been using it for years w/o any trouble whatsoever.
In any case, here is a list of poker sites that have confirmed that they continue to accept US players from all states:

If you *do not* live in IL, IN, LA, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OR, SD, WA, WI then you have more options: http://theonlinecasinogamblingdirectory.com/s.php?as_usa=2&SRC=YahooAnswers&t=Poker
Best of luck!

http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com/article.php/internet-gambling-ban-poker-sites-status is a list of continually updated Poker site and Network statuses.
You can deposit money on any of them without an overseas bank account. The banking regulations will not take effect for 270 days. I reccomend a NETeller account for anyone who still wants to play. Of the sites listed, I think FTP and Stars are the best. FTP has rakeback, but Stars has a larger player base so it depends what you value more.

Full tilt poker is still catering to USA players and vows to continue to do so. I have been playing there for over a year and have had no problems. They have all kinds of funding methods, of wich I use neteller. Here is a link

Our wonderful government just passed a federal law making it illegal for banks and credit card companies to transmit money to these sites. Even large European banks are refusing to remit funds on behalf of American customers. If any web sites still work, it won't be for long.
I guess finding Osama was too hard for them, so they decided to go after the poker players.
You might want to vote Democratic on Nov. 7th. Just a suggestion.
