I'm 32 and he's 38. He has his own apartment and I have my own place, and we see eachother about twice a week. He treats me so good. I even have my own nightstand on my side of the bed at his place. He's very respectful and he even cooks for me. I think I love him! Can this really be love? He already tells me that he loves me.

Hate to burst your bubble, but what you're feeling is infatuation. And there's nothing wrong with that. Enjoy it because love is more than having your own nightstand and being cooked for. You know it's infatuation when everything's going great, there's no problems, and the relationship is new. You're still in that state of bliss...that's not love. Love takes time, a lot longer than 3 months. You haven't yet experienced him as a whole...the good, the bad, and the ugly. But hopefully you will get to that point. For now just enjoy the newness of it all. People get so caught up in saying the L word. Just let it flow :)

Well, it seems that you are already having sex, so the question would be, could you see yourself with this guy for the next 40 plus years and not be able to have sex?
If you take away the physical is there enough left that you could genuinly still Love this man? If the answer is yes, you have found love.

well it looks like me and you are in the same boat here!! but, i am leaning more to the love side!! ask yourself if you miss him when he is not with you, do you find yourself thinkin about him everytime you turn around, do you find yourself smilin everytime you here is name, and do you get butterflies everytime you look in his eyes?? well i know i do all of these things for the guy that I am in love with, and he does the same things over me!! it all depends on how you feel about him, and if you find yourself doin all the questions above, then yes i think you might be in love!! i don't believe in lust either you love someone, care about someone, or there is nothing there at all!!

test ur relationship. try to have somthing that both of you are equally responsible for it...like keeping a dog together. the idea is to find out how much can each of you give in to the other person.
