Lets describe me first-6'1, 177 pounds, athletic and constantly doing some kind of exercise. I just want to drop down to around 170-172 over the next month. I workout with weights about 3-4 times a week (1 hour training), run 1-2 a week(2-4 mile runs) and play tennis 1-2 times a week for 1-2 hours.

My three main problems are this:
I am constantly eating if I exercise. Honestly, when I dont work out, i eat normal. But after I exercise, I can't stop eating. Its like 2 hours of constant eating because I get so hungry.
I am a picky eater-I dont eat green vegetables, fish, tomatoes, many different things that could help me lose weight.
I eat an enormous amount of candy/junk food. I have cut back, but usually go thru 2-3 1pound bags a week.

I have never been overweight and I am not now, but I am looking to mainly lose the small spare tire and just drop a couple pounds.

I am just curious with my workout schedule, how many calories I should be eating a day? My guess 2500.

Well all I can say is it is a total mind set. If you choose not to over eat than you must adhere to that. I have had the same problems over and over again with over eating. Trust me I understand your plight! But you must be mindful of what is going into your body. Tell your mind that it is not going to have its way this time and make the change no matter how hard it may seem. Your mind is a very powerful thing and we tend to let it rule our lives more than we should. You make a declaration not to eat such and such and do not and soon enough with your will power, the mind will eventually succumb to what you want but not without some resistance first so totally expect it. If this thing of life was easy everyone would take everything for granted! It is not to which I'm very grateful because I can exercise my will power to great advantages such as this and other things like drinking and smoking which I have done successfully and you can too! This is very spiritual advise im giving you so use it wisely.

just on the losing weight question- a study of subjects one on restricted calories and the other subject group eating as normal for them- by including 2-- 8 oz. glasses of skim milk-- to their consumption per day lost an average of 10 pounds in 2 months. Both groups. Neat eh? Maybe calcium is a god metabolic regulator and good for the bones too.

Find a cute girl in your appartment...someone that is really hot. Get a jar of mayo, and masturbate to the thought of her in front of her door. If she catches you, just say, I was making some mayo, care to have some? Eventually, the 5 pounds will melt away like a Tiawana Crack Whore desolves her weight while she is doing the same thing to a guy to get some crack.

Forget numbers and calories. Drop the 2-3 bags of junk food. I'm no purist but that's alot. Try it for two weeks. And drink more water. Switch your favorite beverage/soft drink to water as well. You'll thank me in 2 weeks.

Don't worry about your calories, just quit eating so much after you excercise. Instead of eating a whole bunch of junk try a protein shake instead. Because if you are eating constantly for two hours you could be consuming 1,000+ calories easily. A protein shake should fill you up.

its sounds like all you need is a little control. After i exercise i get mega hungry too..but you have to tell yourself that you dont need all of it at once. what you do is eat small portioned meals every couple of hours. and drink lots and lots of water. cut back on the candy. not only veggies are healthy..thats just a common misconception..find something that is low in fat and carbs that you enjoy...but the way you're doing it..its going to be hard.
