it could be hes just picking on you but it also means he likes you because some kids pick on other people because they have a crush on them

um....well i don't know. theres this guy in my class that picks on this girl, that i like, a ton. he pokes her, puts his arm around her, bugs her, smiles at her, gets her mad and he says there just friends and that he doesn't like her. i doubt that he doesn't like her. quite frankly it bothers me a ton.

if he's touching you it's a form of flirtation. picking on you is also a form of flirtation. work with those things.
