I've been wearing glasses since I was in about 3-4 grade.. and I'm now a senior in HS.. I was wondering.. how would I improve my eye sight without any surgery or contacts?

Impossible. Stop reading Harry Potter books. Do not listen to the dumb asses about carrots, you have poor eyesight because your eye balls are an abnormal size, that is why some people can not see correctly, because of their eyes, it has nothing to do with vitamins. But you can try eating carrots if you want, but if that actually did work, don't you think your eye doctor would say "EAT YOUR CARROTS!!!"

Common sense.

I forgot to add, wearing glasses is something that runs in the family. It is genetics. It is like trying to turn your eyes blue from green, it is just not going to happen.

i dont think you would could get perfect eyesight, after having to wear glasses for soo long. but a slight improvement would be carrots, no?

Take eye rests.I had been wearing glasses too.now, I'm not.the optician said my eyesight improved and i told him"All i did was take eye rests and did eye relaxing exercises"

You can try eye exercises to improve your vision. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

see as close as you can be, and then see as far as you can see,

repeat several times,

don't rub your eyes, clean with clean water,
Vit-A

Concentration, remember, focus of the eyes is not always what you see

i have often wondered myself. they say corn helps you see better in the dark and probably day to so try that.
they also say teachers teach you to do everything you do but that aint true so try it and see if it works
