tell her you have feelings her for a girl likes when a guy can be straight forward with their feelings and tell her that you want to get to know her better and ask her what she likes to do for fun ask her what is her favorite place to go and take her there for the date and buy flowers

I think the best way to be asked out, is for the guy to just come and ask....For a first date I like to do something active like mini golf or a hike in a nature preserve because you have something to do, can talk to the person, and yet there are distractions. And, I want to go out for ice cream because that is the best food ever. As far as a gift goes, while a flower is nice, it is very commonplace. I once had a guy give me CD with music he liked, and that was pretty cool. I also like things that tell me something about you....like a hat or cookies you've made. Little things really make the difference, and as always soemthing that tells me who you are make great gifts and dates.

I hate going to the movies on a first date...U spend almost 2 hours together but u say nothing cause your watching a movie...I think a nice dinner or even a picnic. Something where you guys actually get a chance to talk. Also its a big plus if you give her a flower...simple little details like that ALWAYS make a girl smile! :D

A gift? For a first date?? I like the way you think...you're on the right track already. Heck, you'll probably get lucky!!
Only gift I ever got for a date was a rose, or some fresh picked flowers....that's always nice.

Movies is always safe. But theres not a whole lot of opportunity to talk at the movies so ask her to dinner afterwards. Dont make it anything fancy or expensive and DONT bring her flowers or anything on the first date. I know I would personally hate that
