I'm sorry if this is gramatically wrong.
I don't speak hebrew. I tried translating it from arabic to english. I didn't think it was Hebrew. This is what I got.

No, that's not Hebrew... That's definitely Arabic.
Sorry, can't translate it for you, but at least you know it isn't Hebrew anymore.
