I love to cook! Here are some real easy ones!
Get some pre-made hummus at the store, mix it up with some roasted garlic, warm up some pita bread...cut up the pita bread, start dipping!
Dice up some tomatoes, onions, roasted garlic & mix it with a small amount of olive oil & spread it on sliced, toasted itallian bread..... Mmmmmmmm Mmmmmmm Mmmmmmmmm!

EASY ELEGANT APPETIZER
1/2 to 1 fresh tomato per person
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Olive oil
Fresh basil
2 to 3 cloves minced garlic or garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice tomatoes and cheese about 1/4 inch. Layer on platter or individual salad plates alternating, tomato, cheese, tomato, etc. Drizzle olive oil over top. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with basil. Serve with Italian bread.

This is good either for the little franks or for meatballs. Take 1 jar of chili sauce and 1 small jar grape jelly, Mix sauce and jelly and heat to disolve jelly put cook meatballs or the little franks iin mixture at least 1/2 hour before you want to eat them to allow flavors to merge together

oysters rolled up into a slice of bacon .put a toothpick through them to hold them together and bake them onto a cookie sheet into the oven until nice and brown,400 oven for maybe 15minutes.can't wish for anything better.you can use honey garlic mustard to dip them in. and also peperoni sliced and fried or microwave until brown and dip theses also into the honey garlic mustard.makes perfect snacks

My friends love pumpernickel break w/ spinach dip. Just rip the bread up into chunks for its easier to grab and dip. Mini quiches are very popular...you can buy frozen and cook away.

1) Tuna cakes:
-2 cans of tuna (drained)
-breadcrumbs (1 cup)
-5 dash of garlic powder
-3 dash of white pepper powder
-3 dash of onion powder
pinch of salt n sugar to taste
-scallion thinly sliced (optional)
-Rolled into a ball, heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan on moderate heat.
-place ball on pan, push it down to flatten it a little, cook 4 to 5 mins on each side or until brown.
2) variety of sliced cheese serve with biscuits, sliced pears/apples, grapes
3)mini cucumber n egg sandwich
-thinly sliced cucumber
-pieces of bread cut into 4
* make egg sandwich like usual place cucumber on bread before putting the mashed eggs
4)fried wanton skin (cut each square diagonally, fry in deep oil and serve with sweet n sour sauce)
