There is this guy that I really like, He even seems to like me. Someone asked if we like each other as boyfriend and girlfriend and he wouldn't say no! So I have three questions about him. 1) Does he like me? Why do you think that? 2) Should I give him hints that I like him and that I am single? How would I do that? 3) Should I get all dolled up and act like my normal self around him so he will still see the real me but I will be prettier (because I don't get all dresses up to go to school)?

1.) It's hard to say whether he likes you or if he just doesn't want to hurt your feelings... but you can find out.
2.) You should definitely give him hints that you like him and that you're single. This can be done very easily. Flirt with him. It's easy enough. Talk to him. Try to make him laugh. A casual touch (his arm, his chest) as you pass him. He should get the hint that you like him and, subsequently, that you're single.
3.) You don't have to start wearing dresses and ten pounds of makeup and spend three hours on your hair. But it is definitely good to be clean (smelling good is important) and to dress nicely. Sweatpants and a baggy tee shirt probably aren't your best bet. And certainly be yourself. I wish you the best of luck.

Joking ask if he has a girlfriend and then tell him you are single (too)
Nono don't just dress up because of him, unless you are on a date with him. Just be natural, the way you are. Unless you already doll up on normal days.

...just be YOU, if he does like you then he'll come around. Getting dolled up is like putting extra bows on a christmas present...it looks pretty and shiny, but what really matters is the gift inside. Most of us girls look better without all that goo on our faces anway...

he might just be nice to you and wants to be mates with you,i suggest you dont be to formal around him get a little pretty nothing over board and just be a little more attentive around him let him make the move and ask you out or kiss you but you drop hints very small ones that you do like him
