I've been letting this guy friend stay at my house cause he needed a place to stay! We sit and watch tv most nites but he said we should go out for dinner or a movie! Does he like me or is he just being nice?

He probably does like you, and if he asked you to a movie or dinner. It's real 8th grade, but hey maybe he's a lil shy and he's trying cuz he feels comfortable around you. Just give it a shot and see where things lead, what's the worst that can happen...besides being what you allready are and that's friends. Goodluck

what's a big deal with dinner and movie?! life is not going to end tomorrow for you to have the answer today and as the matter of fact i can't tell for sure cause i'm not that guy and if you live long enough to discover if he likes you........don't rush into things, take things slowly and flow with the time. nothing worst than making a wrong move and worst still living with wrong decisions!

I think both. He appreciates what you're doing for him and he wants to show that. he also thiks that you're a really nice person and wants to get closer to you because he sees a true friend in you. Go on a "date" and see how things go from there, that's all I can say.
