I would date him. I think it is cute if a guy cme from Mexico or somewhere and he has a cute little accent. i would think that he was even cuter! I would love him no matter what!

Isn't too good at what? If it's not too good at speaking American, that's not a big deal. The guy's good looking and respectful? Those are two really big things. Yes, I would go out with him.

I would. I think it's cute when a guy struggles with talking in

my husband speaks broken english i mean very very very broken until i can laugh at it at times but he is not put off or shy about it but he's determine to improve at the same time. i've never been embarrassed about him and i still encourage him to talk to his own staffs (we have our own business). it has not been a bother to me cause both of us don't need to communicate in english in our private life. the whole situation here is not how people around us will look at us but how we manage and feel for one another are the most important thing to build and strengthen our relationship. it's our life not others.

i would,of course attraction must be mutual.but i think guys from other countries are more romantic than American guys.
