It matters only how they fit you, not what size they are.
Do they fit you well? Even if you are bending over or reaching up for something? Are there lumps or bumps or embarrassing lines or hidden "cracks" (that will embarrass others because you will never see them)?
Get a mirror that shows you all around or an honest friend. Then if it fits you well, don't worry about the size that's on it. Every manufacturer has their own standard for size and as you know, one manufacturer's size 8 doesn't fit like another manufacturer's size 8.
Don't you know that they keep changing the sizes so that bigger sizes keep getting smaller numbers, so that people will buy them.
So Marilyn Monroe's size 12 would probably be a size 8 now. How stupid!!

No a size 8 is a good size, it's not too big and not too small. The average size of North American women is a 14.

Hey girl, appreciate your curves, and size 8 is great! Sounds a lot like me, im 5'6, size 8 and beleive, the men love it hunnie! ;)
Just remember to be toned and curvy is ideal. Personally, I do stott pilates 6 days a week rotating between two work out routines and it keeps me toned up. Just 20 to 40 mins a day will do! drink green tea and water till it comes outta ur ears!!!! lol
Your curves will be strong and toned without making you look bulky or fatty. :)

depends.. on what size chart.. some are weird like th AE ones run large and so do the abercrombie ones some others run small im 5'5 too :) :) so basically it just depnds on where ur shopping.. size 8 may be a bit big.. do u play any sports? also it could be genetic.. you could have a slow metabolism.. i have a fast 1 so im egentically skinnny but.... it all depnds is what i have said millions of times by now wtvr

well you're curvy...so a size eight wouldn't be too big actually. in fact that seems kinda tight. too tight. lol. I"m 5'3 and I wear a 1 to a 3...but I'm not curvy. :) I hope I was some kinda help

I certainly think you shouldnt ask this question because its whatever you think about yourself. I dont want others people opinion make you think twice about yourself. If this makes you feel better, I'm a size 9-11, 5'5.5, and I know I still look good. So its however you feel about yourself.
