In the past three weeks 3 of my closest friends have each gotten into their first relationships- while i feel like a 7th wheel- if there is such a thing. Not that I'm not happy for them but just for an fyi- how much of a probablity is it that it will last after high school?

It depends. Most high school relationships don't last long after school because of long distance with being at different colleges or growing up and realizing you like different things but a few sneak through and can last forever. If they don't last, it's usually in the first or second semester of college that people will figure it out.

There's not much of a possibility, and also don't feel like the 7th wheel. Just tell yourself: I am a strong independent woman. Don't look down on yourself or others will too. If you think you are awesome for being independent and not needing a bf then so will others-maybe not all will think that at first, but they will come around. Plus dating as soon as you get into highschool is not the greatest, idea. How would you feel if your future husband is dating your classmate right now. You can't say that you would be happy! lol, just slow down, and when the time is right sparks will fly....=]

just ask a few dozen adults around you.
not only do the majority of relationships in high school not last, friendships don't last either.
There are very few people that I know (and I know alot) that have actually maintained relationships of any kind with a high school friend or sweetheart ... and NONE that I know have married one.

don't rush your choices dear. Following the crowd is never a great idea. Be friends and support one another while you are together, but don't for heaven's sake pin your hopes on making a catch now and holding on til marriage.

Probabilty is low! Don't worry. I'm sure its akward, I can sympathize, but enjoy being single. Seriously. High school is hard and I'm enjoying my senior year without having to endure someone elses as well. Its hard enough to manage your 'plate' if you will that is fully loaded during highschool...Imagine having to balance another plate on top of that!

Don't worry. Find time for a girls night and remember that friendships last forever and the ever popular, chicks before *****!

If you mean the probability of your friends relationships lasting after h/s then the probability of negative outcome would increase. If you mean the probability of you continuing to be single, I would say that would increase or remain the same. This all depends on if you go to college and your social life.

Most likely it won't last. Few high school relationships last past the summer after graduation

Not that great of one... and even if they do last after high school they'll probably end up breaking up eventually... people you meet in high school are rarely "the one" they're just the "the one who's there". I mean you are forced to see these people every day. ha.

Well it depends on how much that person loves you. When you get to highschool, usually proms and really mature things start going on so I guess I would say 40-50 % out of how many people in your school. But depends on your school as well.
