I stopped using dugs (methamphetamine). I have been clean for 3 1/2 years now. I have a good job and I don't have to look over my shoulder anymore.

You can no longer vote and you probably won't get a decent job because on most resumes it asked if you have ever been convicted of a felony. I'm sure from there you can figure out how else it will effect your life.

Well for one all the fines and BS they are making me due has put a huge dent in my wallet. I can't vote anymore, nor can I own a gun. Oh wait I never did those things before anyway. Other than that everything is for the better. I'm off of drugs now and I can think clearly. I am not parinoid all the time and I don't have to hide from people.

Your criminal expert is sweet. you may get it expunged, which makes it like it in no way got here approximately. in the adventure that your popularity regionally has been harmed, get your checklist sparkling and circulate, then notice for a sparkling fitrefighting activity, and supply the guy on your previous dept who would be contacted as a referance classes to no longer point out or difficult on the incident. An Expunged offense should not be a count of further talk.

Not that I have had one, but, know a few that have............
You get to explain yourself to each and every prospective employer... Just to be turned down "due to insurance standards". You get to explain yourself to your friends and family, and then to new friends you come into contact with. If you aren't married, you get to explain yourself to your "girlfriend/boyfriend" You get to work jobs no one wants because they are about the only employers to hire you. If you try to get it erased off of your record, you get to write your story to the board each and every year you apply, and "see" if they'll approve it this year. Just to write a new story the next year. Heaven forbid you copy it and use the same thing the next year.
It isn't fun, and is just better you not do anything to get yourself into that situation.
