Only if it is a teaching of Jesus and the Apostles.
Please notice these references.
rs p. 405 pars. 1-2 Trinity ***
The New Encyclopædia Britannica says: “Neither the word Trinity, nor the explicit doctrine as such, appears in the New Testament, nor did Jesus and his followers intend to contradict the Shema in the Old Testament: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord’ (Deut. 6:4). . . . The doctrine developed gradually over several centuries and through many controversies. . . . By the end of the 4th century . . . the doctrine of the Trinity took substantially the form it has maintained ever since.”—(1976), Micropædia, Vol. X, p. 126.
The New Catholic Encyclopedia states: “The formulation ‘one God in three Persons’ was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century. But it is precisely this formulation that has first claim to the title the Trinitarian dogma. Among the Apostolic Fathers, there had been nothing even remotely approaching such a mentality or perspective.”—(1967), Vol. XIV, p. 299.
*** rs p. 406 par. 1 Trinity ***
In The Encyclopedia Americana we read: “Christianity derived from Judaism and Judaism was strictly Unitarian [believing that God is one person]. The road which led from Jerusalem to Nicea was scarcely a straight one. Fourth century Trinitarianism did not reflect accurately early Christian teaching regarding the nature of God; it was, on the contrary, a deviation from this teaching.”—(1956), Vol. XXVII, p. 294L.
(Romans 15:4-6) . . .” 4 For all the things that were written aforetime were written for our instruction, that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope. 5 Now may the God who supplies endurance and comfort grant YOU to have among yourselves the same mental attitude that Christ Jesus had,
6 that with one accord YOU may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Did you notice that the trinity is a deviation from the bible's teaching?

I suppose it depends on how you define the Trinity doctrine, but if you are truly following Christ, you will truly believe His words....and He said this about it....
6Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him."
8Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us."
9Jesus answered: "Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?
10Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you are not just my own. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.
11Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves. (John 14)

I know you got this one backwards True Christians do not believe in the pagan concept of the trinity as Jesus never taughjt such a God dishonoring doctrine neither did his apostles the word is not even mentioned in the Bible and didnt get its start untill centuries later when emperor constantine wanted to form an official state religion to stop the fighting in his empire between the apostate christians and the pagans so he took bits and pieces of both and called them all christian to satisfy all parties the pagans could worship the way they were used to in sets of threes and the apostate christians could do their thing however TRUE CHRISTIANITY WHICH FOLLOWED THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS WAS NO PART OF THIS UNHOLY ALLIANCE AND STUCK TO THE PURE TEACHINGS OF THE BIBLE THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD ...!!! now that we got that mess straightened out any questions Gorbalizer

How can that be when the trinity is not even supported by the Bible? If one believes it, he is not Christian. Jesus said at John 4:24 that "God is a spirit, and those worshiping him must worship with spirit and TRUTH." The trinity is a lie.

The true Christian will be a follower of Christ. Christ stated that He and the Father were one. He also said that He is the I AM of the old testament. Therefore, Christ claimed equality with the Father. If it is good enough for Christ, it is good enough for me. If you do not believe in Christ's deity, you are not following the teachings of Christ. Where then, is your claim to being a Christian?
