Are both "balls" in the same place on each breast? Do they both feel the same?
If so, they may just be lymph nodes. Symmetry is always a good thing to look for; if you find a lump, but can feel the exact same thing on the opposite side of your body, it's very unlikely that it's cancer.

Its unlikely that it is breast cancer. Breast cancer in males is rare. Having the same size lumps at the same spot on each breast is vary rare. Do the math, and take comfort. It's just another annoying thing that happens in puberty. Don't play with them, as you might make them sore. If it you happen to be seeing a doctor then mention it, otherwise leave them be. They will return to normal, or at least a different normal, within a few months.
Good health to you.
Hope this helps

Is there any chance you are taking Abilify as a medication? One of the side effects of it is that males can begin to develop breasts.
To answer you question, it is possible for men/boys to develop breast cancer. Very unlikely though. Probably a hormone thing that will eventually resolve itself.

Yes it is possible - normally the lumps that people feel do not hurt. So you need to get to a doctor and have them run some tests to seeif you have cancer or if it is something else.

Yes, males can get breast cancer. I would advise you to go see a Dr. it could only be a hormone thing since you are 14 years old. But please don't wait. It is better to find out.

When I was about 14 I had the same problem. My friend also had it. It went away on both of us eventually.
