Without knowing the style, and service need, OR the surface they will be applied to/installed over, I suggest a very fair price would be $50 plus the price of the equipment.

I've installed them, and the only issue might be a liability issue. Certainly it's a job that takes a bit more than what hanging a toilet tissue dispenser might require.
