No, but you might leak.

Pads don't break I've done a lot more than run a mile with them on. They are pretty flexible but can leak easier than if you were to wear a tampon. So if you like wearing tampons you should unless you like pads more it's all up to you they were made so they don't break easily.

Of course it wouldn't break, it would just move around a lot. If you can, use a tampon. If you can't then, get a pad like Always. They have ultra thin ones that can last even through heavy blood flow.

I can't imagine it would break, but if you're sweating a lot it might come loose and move around. Try to wear one with wings if you're really set on a pad. Otherwise, seriously, a tampon would be much more comfortable for you.

I've never had a pad break...you know tampons are a wonderful invention and much more comfortable than a pad...they make them in teen sizes.

i've got not ever heard of a pad breaking, yet what you need to do it you worry approximately leaking, is positioned on a tampon and a pad. whilst i become on my college dance squad quite a few years in the past, it worked super!

No but u might want to try tampons and a thin pad to fend off any leakage mishaps.

It might leak. If it were me, I'd be sure to change pads just before the run to help avoid any mishaps.

Unless it's made of glass, it shouldn't "break"

Maybe take a day off of running. Let your coach know, "hey, it's that time for me, and I don't use tampons. I won't be running today".

Easy like that.
