I eat what ever I want, it, it's just that i eat in moderation. A little bit goes a long way. But if you want to lose 30 punds, then it's going to take more than that. No one likes excersing, but I do it without noticing. Walk with a friend every other day to the park or somewhere fun. If not, go to a gym. Vegetables, proteins, all that good stuff. Don't go overboard. And stick to it, because if you don't, it will all come back. *experience*lol
Another thing is don't try to crash diet, because once again, it will all come back real QUICK. Just a little bit every 2 hours to get your metabolism going and drink lots of water. I lost 20 punds from doing that, and I didn't even realize it until I was 145 lb.

Be careful. Losing too much weight too quickly is very unhealthy. The average safe weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. I would consult a doctor or a personal trainer, but make sure you get your heart pumping with a good workout at least three days a week. Watch your fat intake and increase your greens. Do NOT starve yourself. It will only make things worse- your body will start breaking down itself.
Personally, I had a lot of success using Weight Watchers. You can do it online, if you don't want to go to meetings.

The Best Exercises To Lose Weight
Exercise that pushes your heart rate closest to your targeted heart rate is the most suitable exercise to get rid of fat. You should exercise with sufficient intensity to raise your pulse rate, which in turn speeds up the fat loss process. The exercises that bring your heart rate close to your targeted heart rate will boost your metabolism, which will lead to fat loss.Besides, making you look better, weight loss offers hosts of other health benefits. When you reduce 10-15% of your weight, your chances of suffering from heart attack, diabetes as well as cholesterol levels go down. Hence if you are thinking of getting started, the best time to get started is now.Commitment is the most crucial factor to get any exercise program started.
Do cardio exercises for 30-60 minutes at least 3-4 times per week. Regularly working out for a month will increase your energy levels, improve your mood and reduce your waist size. Commitment will also help you to choose the best exercise that will aid your fat loss.Vary your exercise routine. This will make your workout exciting, thus increasing your motivation. Choose any exercise to burn fat. The most popular types of exercises are running, walking, hiking, playing basketball etc. But ensure that you do this chosen activity with enough intensity to raise your heart rate. You can also choose a combination of two or more activities.
For maximum fat loss, get a full body workout. This means adding a weight training session to your workout. Choose a combination or either walking, jogging or running and weight training to tighten the arms and shoulders to make it a total workout. Select a few exercises you love and then alternate them to get a routine that will excite you. This ensures you will remain at it for a long time.

EXERCISE and diet healthy. Any other way the pounds can come back. Aim for 3 lbs a week. Any more is too much. If you want to keep it off, don't rush it.

try having something vinegery before you eat, this is supposed to help maintain your blood sugar levels (I like pickle juice, weird huh?) also drink tons of water it helps get rid of water retention and fills you up. Cut out as much fat as you can, no diet pop though, aspartame is worse than fat. stay away from McDonald's. Eat more veggies, less of the starches, potatoes, pasta... Don't cut it right out though. Start walking on your lunch hour, fast. go to the gym or run at night. Start an energetic hobby. That's it for my ideas, eat less, exercise more...good luck

I would just watch your fat intake, and stay away from the pop and other sweet things. you will lose weight but you will not lose that much before Christmas. the only way you will is to starve yourself. and you should not do that. it would not be very haelth do that.

have a lot of short meals during the day (every 2 hours) so that your body will learn to burn all the time. have some exercises at home. go running. do not eat dinner. try to eat fruits instead of sweets. make a mark at your body to remind you that you are on a diet. (like wearing a bracelet)

Keep your calories below 1000 and try to stay clear of sugars. Drink lots of water. Exercise. Guaranteed to work, no problem. BUT only if you actually do it. That is the hard part.
