to remain grounded as a person then you dont allow yourself to be lead astray by nonsense ..
you remain true to yourself and to other
you can see , think and speak honestly and without hate

Unbiased in what way? Nothing is totally objective. Though, it's a good goal to try for. By "clear and down to Earth", I assume you mean open and honest. That's generally a good thing.
The world judges you by what you do. You should try to build your character so that you like who you are. Make your character consistent. People will respect you more.

Hmm. I don't know, other than having some really great character traits. That sounds like enough to me! If you are unbiased, clear, and down-to-earth, don't change a thing!

I suppose a good perception of things, just being able to embrace new information, ideas, beliefs, lifestyles, cultures and NOT being narrow-minded
