i have heard so many things on how to lose weight come on now what is the truely best way besides starving yourself? i need to lose at lease 30 pounds help

Alot of people think that losing weight is harder than it actually is. The hardest part is being patient. I personally lost over 100 lbs in a little over a year. At first I thought that I would never lose 1 pound, but as a kept eating right and exercising the weight slowly came off. There really are no tricks to losing weight you just have to make lifestyle changes. Eat a well balanced low-fat diet, exercise regularly and drink plenty of water.
