Please explain how to "lead" in a nourishing manner?

Nourishing requires that one finds out what the other party(s) need; and then gets it,and gives it to them in portions they can handle.

I'm assuming you mean as in leadership.

From my own observations I think the most respected leaders are the ones who are not afraid to serve as well.

Jesus was one of these. Serving others in authority and humility.

Start with obtaining accurate knowledge of God. You get that through ardent Bible study.
