It's possible, but I'd say it's very unlikely he'll get sick. I think inducing vomiting would be a bit excessive. Even if he does get sick, it'll most likely (99.9%) be self-limiting.
You don't see the potentially dangerous kinds of food poisoning in olives exposed to open air, unless they've been contaminated somehow by feces or raw meat.

lol, just kidding. He should be fine. If he does get sick and it gets bad (which it probably wont) just take him to your doctor.
I got food poisoning once from Mcdonalds in Germany at the airport (long story, had standby pas and was stuck in airport for a week and a half). I ate some food there and ended up puking like 20 times that day. It was terrible.
I doubt he'll get food poisoning though. How old is he?

Possibility of food poisoning. Anything mouldy can possibly cause food poisoning. If it just happened, contact a poison hot line they will most likely advise to induce vomiting and go to hospital.
